  • Can I come in to view products before ordering?
    We are an online retailer only with no retail shop.
  • Before you print my order, can I see a proof design?
    Once all of your information is received, your design will be booked. You will receive a digital design via email and will be given the opportunity to make changes to the design before we start with the print process. We will never start printing without your approval.
  • After placing my order, when will I receive my designs?
    You will receive a list of information that we will need from your side to proceed with the designs/s. We will then confirm a date of design with you and you will have to make sure that we receive the information by that date. Lead time for designs are around 3-7 days depending on how busy we are.
  • What is the turnaround/lead time for orders?
    Couture Designs: Lead time for Couture Design products are 1-3 weeks. After receiving all relevant information, you will receive your digital design/s within 3-7 days for approval. Rushed orders: If you need your products earlier than stated above, please contact us. A priority fee of up to R250 will be added to your order. Shipping: All packages ships from our office in Malmesbury, Western Cape, and takes between 1-4 working days to be delivered.
  • How does payment work?
    When you place your order, you will receive a formal quotation from us via email. We ask 50% of the products and the full designers fee/s as deposit. The outstanding 50% together with courier and packaging fees are payable when your order is complete, before we ship your order.
  • Can I return, cancel or get a refund after placing my order?
    RETURNS: Unfortunately we do not accept returns as all of our products are personalised and custom made to you. Personalised products are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case that they are flawed, in which case we urge to contact us within 7 days after receiving your order and send us photos illustrating the flaws so that we can look into the issue. CANECLATIONS AND REFUNDS: The client has the right to cancel an order with the following conditions: Your deposit will be used as cancelation fee for services rendered. When you confirm your order with payment, we go ahead and order all of the supplies needed for your order. Thus your deposit non-refundable.
  • How do I place an order?

  • Can I place my order now for later? I still need to confirm the quantities/information.
    Yes, you may place your order now for later. Your order will be valid for 6 months, after 6 months, pricing per product will have to be revised if needed. You will be notified of this in advanced. Please make sure of the quantities you order. You can't reduce the quantities after confirming an order. We recommend that you order less if you are still uncertain about the quantities. You can always add more products to your order before the print process starts.
