Can I come in to view products before ordering?

We are an online retailer only with no retail shop.

Before you print my order, can I see a proof?

Once you have submitted your order, we will review your order and contact you with a list of information we will need to complete your order. Once the information is received, your design will be booked. You will receive a digital design mock-up via email and will be given the oppertunity to make changes before we start with the print proses. We will never start printing without your approval.

I have placed my order, when will I receive my designs?

You will receive a list of information that we will need within 1-2 working days after placing your order. As soon as we have received all of the relevant information, your design will be booked. You will then receive a date for which your design/s are booked for.

What is the turnaround/lead time for orders?

Couture Designs: Lead time for Couture Design items/products are 2-6 weeks. After receiving all relevant information, you will receive your digital design mokup/s within 4-14 days for approval. Ready to Order: Lead time for Ready to Order items/products (online orders) are 2-4 weeks. After receiving all relevant information, you will receive your digital design mokup/s within 4-7 days for approval. (Exculding memorials/funerals) Ready to Ship: Ready to ship products are non-personlized products that is ready to ship as soon as you have placed your order. Your order will ship within 4-5 days. Rushed orders: If you need your items/products earlier than stated above, please contact us. A priority fee of up to R250 will be added to your order. Shipping: All packages ships from our Malmesbury office and takes between 1-4 working days to be delivered.

How does payment work?

Once you have added items to your shopping cart you can proceed by clicking on the shopping cart logo on the top right. Review your order and quantities. Proceed with checkout button. Fill out your personal information details and payment information and submit your order. Payment options are online with credit/debit card or offline EFT. If you make an EFT payment, please use your order number as reference and email proof of payment to droomontwerpe@gmail.com

Can I return, cancel or get a refund after placing my order?

Do I have to order online or can I place my order through email?

Yes, you are welcome to send your order to us via email for a manual order. Please make use of our SKU codes listed with each item/product when ordering manually.

Can I place my order now for later? I still need to confirm the quantities/information.

Yes, you may place your order now for later. Your order will be valid for 6 months, after 6 months, pricing per product/item will have to be revised. You will be notified of this in advanced. Please make sure of the quantities you order. You can't reduce the quantities after 24 hours after placing an order. We recommend that you order less if you are still uncertain about the quantities. You can always add more items/products to your order before the print proses starts.
